Since 2016, Stacie J. Hardy has served as the Superintendent of Umonhon Nation Public Schools. She has been involved in the field of education for nearly 18 years, acting as a school psychologist, special education director and middle school principal.
Hardy has a passion for working with Native American students. She has been a tireless advocate for Native schools, bringing fresh and progressive programs to UNPS. Currently Hardy and her team are in the process of building a $17.5 million career academy that will feature six career paths designed to enhance the future success of UNPS students and the community of Macy, Nebraska.
